WWW Wednesdays

WWW Wednesdays is a meme hosted by MizB at Should Be Reading. What you do is answer the following three questions:

 What are you currently reading?

I am halfway through The Angels' Share by Rayme Waters. Overall I'm enjoying it. It's a bit slow, sometimes a good slow and sometimes a dull slow, but it's well-written and I'm curious to see what happens in the last half.

What did you recently finish reading?

I finished William Golding's Lord of the Flies over the weekend. I enjoyed it quite a bit. My review is here.

What do you think you'll read next?

I'll try to get through George R. R. Martin's third book in his A Song of Ice and Fire series, A Storm of Swords, before the end of the month.

  1. Back to Martin huh? You are so good about sticking with a series! I jump all over the place as the mood strikes.
And yes, I have to agree Wilde is very energetic! :) Love it. Thx for stopping by my WWW!!

  2. It's been quite some time since I've read Lord of the Flies. Disturbing, but a great read.

    1. I've heard from several people that's the best of the series so far.

Great to meet you too, Julie!

  5. Good choices. Not sure I'd like the Game of Thrones books . . but I REALLY feel like I am being left out!

  6. I kinda dread you starting Storm of Swords...its going to activate my guilty book conscious and remind me that I STILL need to finish Clash of Kings. Hmm...I think that my mission for my upcoming flight to London to finish CoK. If I don't finish it I don't get to play in England. Ok...so maybe not that drastic of a consequence...but something. lol

    My WWW Wednesday is here.

  7. Good for you for finishing a book that's at times dull-slow. So. Hard.To.Get.Through! I associate The Lord of the Flies with teaching - so a different mindset for me, but a great book nonetheless. And, good for you for getting through Martin's book three - their length tells me I might read them when I retire. In the meantime, I look forward to your reviews. For now the HBO series will do! Thanks for stopping by.
